Terms & Conditions

These Terms And Conditions relates to all sessions. By booking a session and/or agreeing to the below terms, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Professional Boundaries
Professional boundaries between yourself and your practitioner (Kimberlee Weck) must be respected and adhered to. Behaviour and communication between you and Kimberlee Weck is to be kept Session-related in and outside of Sessions.Within the studio , I work directly with languages of love such as quality time, physical touch and acts of service in our Sessions. This does not mean I am inviting, or desire to create loving bonds with you. Please appreciate and understand this.

I reserve the right to refuse service without refund to you or block you if you breach my professional boundaries.

2. Touch/recieving ( TANTRIC SESSIONS)
I offer Tantric techniques to assist with transformational healing and restoring balance and harmony to your wellbeing across physical, emotional and mental levels. In order for me to best serve you, i require you to communicate prior to your Session any relevant concerns, trauma, physical or mental health issues, desired outcomes and personal boundaries. This includes in relation to Tantric massage Sessions, where your physical body will be touched, including the genital areas. It is okay to withdraw your consent to any and all kinds of touch within your Session, however, by booking a Session with me, you acknowledge that Kimberlee Weck, will not be held liable for a breach of your personal boundaries. If you do not agree to me engaging in Tantric practices with you, do not book a Session.
Tantric Massage sessions are sensual education and therapy based treatments. In Tantra sessions you may choose to be nude, however, they are in no way an invitation to sexual services, mutual touch or sexual intercourse. These are not permitted.

3. Session Outcomes
It is natural to experience different effects during and after sessions such as hot flushes, tingles, sweats, nausea, light-headedness, emotional catharsis, energy stimulation and surfacing of repressed trauma. Please advise me if any of this occurs and seek relevant medical assistance after the Session, if necessary. I cannot guarantee any results from attendance for a Session. Any results, testimonials and transformations displayed on my Website are all genuine with real people but results cannot be guaranteed. Everyone is an individual and results may vary.

4. Information
You must disclose to me any medical conditions which might have the effect of making it more likely that you will be involved in an accident or otherwise sustain a serious injury during a Session. All your personal information provided to Kimberlee Weck remains private and confidential unless required by law. All information given by me is intended for therapeutic and educational purposes only. I do not provide medical or health advice. Any information given is in no way to be taken as medical or health advice.

5. Deposits, Rescheduling & Cancellation
I currently have non refundable $50 deposit system in place on all bookings. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and I will aim to be as flexible as possible or credit your deposit towards your future booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48hrs so I have the chance to offer your space to someone else. If you do not show up to your appointment/no show your $50 deposit will be taken to honour the time that I have put aside for you.


6. Age Restrictions & Identification
You must book your Sessions under your own name and for yourself, not under an alias or false name. We may require to see photo identification to verify your name. In addition, our Sessions are not suitable for anyone under the age of 25. Do not book a Session if you are under the age of 25.

7. No Alcohol or Drugs
You will not participate in any Session at any time while you are under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.

8. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
You release and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kimberlee Jorja Weck its owner from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with your participation in a booked Session. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that the maximum liability of Kimberlee Jorja Weck to you for all claims in aggregate (whether those claims be for breach of contract, negligence, tort or otherwise) arising under or in connection with this waiver:
(a) is totally excluded, insofar as it concerns liability for indirect, special and consequential damages, and damages (whether direct or indirect) (except to the extent this liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)); and
(b) is limited, insofar as it concerns other liability, to the total amount paid by you to me for the relevant Session.

9. Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit the operation of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
